Reception teams spend hours a day on repeat enquiries, appointment reshuffling, and chase-up admin. We built an operations platform that absorbs most of it: CRM for clinic staff, patient and lead tracking, practice insights for owners, and a patient-facing AI chat that answers the predictable questions and only escalates when it should. The commercial mechanism is simple: fewer labour hours on admin, fewer missed enquiries, fewer no-shows, more appointments actually booked.

Fifty-plus technicians assessing quality by eye. We built a PWA that uses the phone camera and colour science to give objective readings, with a full audit trail and a technician-friendly one-shot capture workflow. Works offline, logs everything, no app store required.
